Terms

Cohort fees are one-time, per cohort. The price shown when you apply is the full price — there are no recurring charges, and no separate fee for the Talent Report itself.

No placement guarantee. Provd is a performance simulation, not a job or a placement service. Completing a cohort does not guarantee an interview, an offer, or employment with any company, including the partner who co-designed your simulation.

The Talent Report is a performance record, not a credential. It documents how you performed on a specific simulation, scored against a specific practitioner's rubric. It isn't issued or accredited by any certifying body, and it isn't a substitute for a degree or professional certification — it's evidence of work, meant to be read alongside the rest of your application.

Refunds. You can cancel for a full refund any time before Week 1 content unlocks. Once Week 1 unlocks, the cohort fee is non-refundable — the seat, the practitioner review, and the partner's time are committed at that point and can't be recovered.

Intellectual property. All simulation content, task briefs, evaluation rubrics, and the Talent Report format are owned by Provd. Co-design partners contribute judgment and feedback, not authorship, and retain no ownership over the resulting materials. You may use your own Talent Report freely — share it, attach it to applications, put it on your resume — but you may not reproduce or redistribute the underlying simulation content.

Conduct. Submissions must be your own work. Simulations are individually evaluated, and we reserve the right to withhold a Talent Report or remove a student from a cohort for plagiarism or dishonest submissions.
